The present invention relates to an instrument in which a variable hinge is applied to an external fixation device that is used for fixation after osteotomy for diaplasis and orthopraxy. The variable external fixation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of ring members that are arranged while penetrating a target skeleton in the longitudinal direction of the target skeleton; a plurality of rod members that are arranged to penetrate the respective ring member at regular angular intervals so that the relative positions of the respective ring member are fixed; and first and second joint members that are respectively arranged on one side and the other side of the uppermost ring member so as to guide a joint movement of the part corresponding to the target skeleton.
