<p>The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a nano-sized carbon dioxide foam stabilizer using fly ash which is able to increase a collection rate of crude oil by enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by forming carbon dioxide foam capable of long-range movement without decomposition at reservoirs of various high temperature high pressure conditions and enables high efficiency enhanced oil recovery by low costs. The nano-sized carbon dioxide foam stabilizer using fly ash according to the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing fly ash of particle phase, grinding agents and dispersants; and a step of manufacturing a nano-sized foam stabilizer with a dispersion coating layer formed on a surface by mixing the dispersants in the nano-sized fly ash after pulverizing the fly ash into nano-sized particles by inserting the fly ash and grinding agents prepared in the first step or manufacturing a nano-sized foam stabilizer by forming a dispersion coating layer on a surface while pulverizing the fly ash into nano-sized particles by inserting the fly ash, grinding agents and dispersants into a pulverizing device and forms carbon dioxide foam in the inside of oil by being injected into the oil by being mixed with liquid phase carbon dioxide or forms carbon dioxide foam in the inside of the oil after being injected into the oil separately from the liquid phase carbon dioxide.</p> |
