<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a hazardous and noxious substance (HNS) leaked from the river, the lake, the sea, etc., and more specifically, to an apparatus for detecting a hazardous and noxious substance (HNS), capable of detecting HNS leaked in water by using an electric resistance value with respect to power applied to a hazardous and noxious substance detector arranged in water, and detecting hazardous and noxious gas evaporated as HNS and released into the air by using an electric resistance value with respect to power applied to a hazardous and noxious substance detector arranged above the water surface. The apparatus for detecting the HNS comprises: a body part arranged on the surface of water; a hazardous and noxious substance detector combined with the lower side of the body part, arranged in water, and detecting a hazardous and noxious substance (HNS); and a hazardous and noxious gas detector combined with the upper side of the body part to detect hazardous and noxious gas vaporized from HNS. The hazardous and noxious substance detector includes: a first insulating substrate unit having a pattern on one lateral side; and a first electrode unit formed on the pattern to apply power generated from the body part. Moreover, the hazardous and noxious gas detector includes: a second insulating substrate unit having a pattern on one lateral side; and a second electrode unit formed on the pattern to apply power generated from the body part.</p> |
