PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of lengthening heating operation time by lengthening one defrosting cycle period by delaying blocking between fins, while suppressing deterioration of heat transfer performance.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of fins (33, 34) laminated with a gap for air to pass; and heat transfer pipes (10) which are orthogonal to these fins (33, 34) and in which a working fluid (refrigerant) passes. The fins (33, 34) are arranged in a direction in which a lamination surface on the side which becomes an air introduction part of the gap is orthogonal to an air flow direction (13), and a plurality of stages of heat transfer pipe through holes (11) for passing the heat transfer pipes (10) are provided with the longitudinal direction of the fins (33, 34) being a stage direction. The fins (33, 34) have air passage holes (12). The air passage holes (12) are provided in the positions which do not correspond to the fins (33, 34) adjacent in the lamination direction, and they are provided on the further upstream side of the air flow direction (13) than the heat transfer pipe through holes (11). |
