PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food for supplying necessary calories, vitamins and minerals with small amount of food intake for older people or people suffering diseases whose intestines work even under a situation lacking nutrients because the amount of food intake by oral ingestion is not enough and to provide no bad aftertaste and harsh taste when proteins and vitamins are contained in the food.SOLUTION: There is provided a frozen sweet containing proteins, lipids, hydrocarbon, vitamins and minerals, having a calorie of 160 Kcal/100 mL or more and containing proteins and vitamins. |
