PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cancer cell adsorption membrane to which cancer cell adsorption viruses capable of adsorbing and removing cancer cells and having bioactivity that selectively kills cancer cells or activates cells of an immune system, are fixed; a cancer cell adsorption device; a method of making the cancer cell adsorption device; and a cancer cell removal device.SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using: a cancer cell adsorption membrane 31a including a polymer laminate film 21 in which two or more types of biocompatible polymers 22, 23 are laminated; and cancer cell adsorption viruses 11 which are fixed on one surface 21a of the polymer laminate film 21 and have bioactivity.
