Embodiments of the present invention provide a base station and a multicast data sending processing method, wherein the method comprises: obtaining network parameter measurement reports that respectively correspond to multiple user equipments comprising a multicast group and are used for reflecting wireless network communication quality; determining at least one target user equipment among the multiple user equipments according to each of the network parameter measurement reports and sending a notification message to the target user equipment, wherein the notification message is used for instructing the target user equipment to use a feedback channel resource configured for the target user equipment to return feedback information of whether multicast data is successfully received; sending the multicast data to the multiple user equipments comprising the multicast group and receiving the feedback information returned by the target user equipment. The base station and the multicast data sending processing method provided by the embodiments of the present invention implement multicast data receiving feedback at a low feedback channel resource overhead, improving reliability of multicast data transmission.
