<p>A method of recycling flue gas waste heat and dust in nonferrous metal smelting. A waste heat recovery apparatus and a dust recovery apparatus are formed by connecting a counter flow heat exchange waste heat boiler A (1), a silicon nitride porous ceramic filter (2), a counter flow heat exchange waste heat boiler B (3), a working medium preheater (4) for the counter flow heat exchange waste heat boiler, a gas counter flow heat exchanger (5) with sheet type flow passage, a bag filtering deduster (6), and a draught fan (7) through a pipeline or pipe fitting. After the flue gas subjected to waste heat and dust recovery is subjected to sulfur recovery in a desulfurization workshop (8), the discharged tail gas reaches the standard. The method comprises the following steps: primary recovering waste heat, filtrating, dedusting and purifying the high temperature flue gas, secondary recovering waste heat, tertiary recovering waste heat, quaternary recovering waste heat, low temperature filtrating and dedusting, recovering and treating sulfur, and the tail gas reaching the national discharge standard. With the method, waste heat recovery efficiency is high, dust recovery is complete, process control is simple and convenient, and recovery cost is low.</p> |
