The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Yongdamsagantanggagambang for treatment of hyperlipidemia. The Yongdamsagantanggagambang for treatment of hyperlipidemia comprises 18g of Coicis Semen, 15g of Rehmanniae Radix Crudus, 15g of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba, 15g of Scutellariae Radix, 10g of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 10g of Cassiae Semen, 10g of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 10g of Akebiae Caulis, 10g of Crataegi Fructus, 10g of Bupleuri Radix, 10g of Plantaginis Semen, 10g of Gardeniae Fructus, 10g of Alismatis Rhizoma, 6g of Gentianae scabrae Radix, 5g of Polygoni Multiflori Radix, and 3g of Chrysanthemi Flos with respect to a total weight of 167 g per pack. The manufacturing method of the Yongdamsagantanggagambang for treatment of hyperlipidemia comprises the steps of putting two packs of Yongdamsagantanggagambang herbs into 1000 ml of 80% alcohol and performing a reflux extraction process for 3 hours to obtain filtrate; vacuum concentrating the filtrate in a rotary vacuum evaporator to obtain a concentrated solution; freeze drying the concentrated solution by a freeze dryer to obtain 26.40 g of powder; and storing the powder in a freezer, wherein the powder is diluted with tertiary distilled water at a predetermined concentration and used. Accordingly, the present invention provides an effect of alleviating hyperlipidemia. In addition, the present invention provides effects of reducing impacts on liver function and enhancing antioxidant efficacy, and also provides a positive effect with respect to body weight and organ weight related to hyperlipidemia.
