STRESSING APPARATUS OF GEAR TYPE FOR STRUCTURE REINFORCEMENT UNDER CONCRETE SURFACE, AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

Provided are a gear type surface-mounted tensioner device and a method thereof. The method of the gear type surface-buried tensioner device is capable of preventing a tendon from being rotated due to eccentricity by inserting the gear type tensioner device in a surface-mounted fixating unit and applying a tensible force to the same line as the tendon by the gear type tensioner device. The gear type surface-mounted device comprises: a fixating member fixating the end of one side of a tendon inserted in a concave groove of a concrete structure; a horizontal gear coupled to the fixating member in the concave groove of the concrete structure and moved by being collinearly arranged with tendon; a surface-mounted body inserted and fixated in the fixating unit, and having a space formed in order for the horizontal gear to penetrate thereinto; a circular gear having an insertion groove formed thereon, interlocked with a gear formed on the horizontal gear while being fixated inside the surface-mounted body, and rotated to make the horizontal gear penetrated into the surface-mounted body; and a rotational member rotating the circular gear by being inserted in the insertion groove formed on the circular gear in order for the horizontal gear interlocked with the circular gear to penetrate into the surface-mounted body, wherein the horizontal gear applies a tensible force to the tendon on the same line as the tendon.
