<p>The present invention relates an apparatus for recycling substrates. According to the present invention, the apparatus for recycling substrates comprises: a guide part in which a blower is mounted and which allows hot air to flow through; and a nozzle which is joined to the front side of the guide part, has an air passage inside, and discharges hot air to the outside. Therefore, a product can be detached from a substrate without damage to the substrate as hot air can be evenly sprayed onto the mounting surface of the substrate.</p> |
