<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measurement device capable of removing dark current noise included in an image signal output from an imaging element for distance measurement without complicating device configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A distance measurement device comprises: a light shield member 25 for shielding light by covering the circumference of an imaging element 22b for dark current detection positioned at the center of three imaging elements so that light is not incident on the imaging element 22b for dark current detection; and a dark current noise removal part 27 for obtaining image signals output from imaging areas 22a1 and 22c1 of imaging elements 22a and 22c for distance measurement on both sides and a dark current noise image signal output from an imaging area 22b1 of the imaging element 22b for dark current detection, subtracting the dark current noise image signal from each of the obtained image signals, and removing dark current noise included in each image signals. A distance measurement computation part 28 calculates a distance to a subject on the basis of the image signals with the dark current noise removed by the dark current noise removal part 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
