In order to solve limitations of a conventional safety management technology, that is, a limited operating range, a necessity of a separate sensor device, a permanent management, and an equipment installation problem, the present invention provides a safety management system based on an NFC technology, which can solve problems of the prior art by performing safety management by using a conveniently usable NFC and a portable terminal device which is easy to carry. More specifically, the safety is managed by storing region information in the NFC tag, recognizing the information stored in the tag by using the potable terminal, and notifying the information to a guardian or a competent organization, thereby preventing the occurrence of crime and accidents and quickly responding to the crime and accidents. The recognized tag information is stored in a database of a safety management server, thereby checking the frequency of the accidents and the degree of risk in each area. The safety management system comprises: the NFC tag which stores the region information; the portable terminal device which recognizes the region information stored in the NFC tag and transmits the recognized region information to the safety management server; and the safety management server which performs a safety management function with respect to a user of the portable terminal device. |
