The present invention relates to a total phosphorous removing apparatus for the MBR process, and a removing method thereof, and, more specifically, to an apparatus for completely removing total phosphorous (T-P), which is an untreated main cause of eutrophication remaining in the effluent of the MBR process, to a total phosphorous (T-P) removing apparatus using the same, and to a removing method thereof. The total phosphorous removing apparatus for the MBR process according to the present invention comprises a bioreactor, which performs treatment of organics, nitrification, denitrification, and release and intake of phosphorous with microorganisms so as to remove organics and nitrogen in the introduced sewage and wastewater; a membrane separation tank, which performs liquid-solid separation of introduced treated water having passed the bioreactor by a separation membrane; a treated water tank, which accommodates the treated water discharged from the membrane separation tank; a phosphorous sensor, which is installed to measure the concentration of dissolved phosphorous in the treated water introduced to the treated water tank; a coagulant storage tank, which stores a coagulant for reacting with the phosphorous component to coagulate; a return line, which returns the treated water in the treated water tank to the membrane separation tank; a line mixer, which is installed on the return line and mixes the coagulant and the treated water; a coagulant supply unit, which supplies the coagulant to the line mixer; and a control unit, which controls return of the treated water, the return amount of the treated water and the supply amount of the coagulant according to the phosphorous concentration measured at the sensor. |
