The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for processing lossless data. The apparatus comprises: a SV data processing unit to store a phase value by calculating the phase value based on voltages of SV data and current values when data distributed from a repeater is sampled value (SV) data; and a SV excepted data processing unit to store information of SV-excepted data when data distributed from the repeater is the SV-excepted data.
