Phosphohistidine and phosphotyrosine analogues Phosphohistidine and phosphotyrosine analogues of formula (I)-(VII), wherein when the analogue is of formula (I) X and Y are selected from CH or N and W is selected from H or CO2H; when the analogue is of formula (II) X, Z and Y are selected from CH or N and W is selected from H or CO2H with the proviso that at least one or X, Y or Z is selected from N; when the analogue is of formula (III) X is selected from NH, O or S and W is selected from H or CO2H; when the analogue is of formula (IV) X is CH or N and W is selected from H or CO2H; when the analogue is of formula (V) X is selected from CH or N and W is selected from H or CO2H; when the analogue is of formula (VI) W is selected from H or CO2H; and when the analogue is of formula (VII) W is selected from H or CO2H, X and Y are selected from P(O)(OH)2 or H, with the proviso that when X is P(O)(OH)2, Y is H and when Y is P(O)(OH)2 X is H. An antibody that binds to an analogue of any one of formula (I)-(VII) is also provided. |
