<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately dispose a rolling buffer member in a guide rail, and to improve the assemblability and maintainability of an anti-coming-off member and the rolling buffer member. <P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing device comprises an opening/closing body 10 that makes a closing motion in such a manner as to partition a space, a guide rail 20 for guiding a width-direction end of the opening/closing body 10 in an opening/closing direction by inserting the width-direction end into an opening 20a, and a winding shaft 32 for winding the opening/closing body 10 on its opening-direction side. The opening/closing device engages an anti-coming-off member 13, which is provided on the width-direction end side of the opening/closing body 10, with the guide rail 20 so as to inhibit the opening/closing body 10 from coming off in the width direction of the opening/closing body from the opening 20a of the guide rail 20. A rolling buffer member 14 made of an elastic material is provided in the anti-coming-off member 13 in such a manner as to protrude in the thickness direction of the opening/closing body.
