<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasoline composition compounded with a gasoline base material high in the content of a high octane number component by FT reaction, and to provide a method for producing the gasoline composition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the gasoline composition compounded with 1-70 vol.% of the gasoline fraction of a product obtained by Fischer-Tropsch (FT) reaction from a gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide as main components in the presence of a hydrocarbon production catalyst composition comprising one or more metals exhibiting activity on Fischer-Tropsch (FT) reaction, manganese carbonate, and zeolite exhibiting a solid acid, wherein the content of the zeolite in the catalyst composition is≥30 and≤65 mass% based on the amount of the catalyst composition, wherein (a) the research method octane value is≥89 and <93; (b) the motor method octane value is≥79 and <84; (c) aromatic compound rate is 10-40 vol.%; (d) the content of olefins is at most 40 vol.%; (e) the content of benzene is at most 1 vol.%; (f) the sulfur content is at most 10 mass.ppm; and (g) the Reid vapor pressure is 44-65 kPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
