<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hybrid energy station which combines a gas station with a charging station. <P>SOLUTION: In the new hybrid energy station, at an outside of a drainage gutter 13 in a gas station, there are provided a space for allowing a car to pass through, a drive-through passage 14, several charging parking spaces 12 for electric vehicles, and a charging station 10 and a vehicle cleaner 11 and the like are arranged within a usable area in each of the parking spaces for electric vehicle charging and maintenance. In addition, in the vicinity of the charging station 10, a vending machine 9 is provided so as to be noticed easily.
