<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a dweller to understand, at a glance, distributed important life information by displaying a life information list in accordance with a display rule for each dwelling unit. <P>SOLUTION: An intercom system comprises: a life information distribution part 21a which accumulates life information with attribute information, the life information having been received via a network 20, and distributes the life information to dwelling unit intercoms 11; a list generation part 11g which generates a predetermined life information list from plural pieces of the life information; and a list processing part 11h which, on the basis of the attribute information added to the life information, performs editing processing on the life information list by applying a display rule previously selected for each dwelling unit.
