The first resilient member (28) is connected between the first and second support members (24, 26). The slide (30) is pivotably connected to the extension board (34) and the frame (14). The slide (30) is slidably connected to the second support member (26). When the second arm (12) is pulled relative to the first arm (10), the frame (14) is moved away from the support seat (16) by sliding the slide (30) along the second support member (26).
