<p>The present invention relates to a form block mold and, more specifically, to a form block mold and a method for molding a form block using the same, wherein the form block can be molded by foaming a polymer compound used as a construction insulation material and a soundproof material, and a step of molding the corresponding form block can be very easily performed. According to the present invention, the form block mold comprises: an edge box having a charging space prepared therein to mold a form block with a predetermined volume through the injection of a foaming resin and having top and bottom ends opened to enable a molded form block to be removed to the outside; a top finishing plate and a bottom finishing plate which are further prepared and assembled for the open top end of the edge box and for the opening and closing of the bottom end thereof; and a release sheet prepared in the edge box to be adhered on all internal wall surfaces of the charging space and used as a separation material for facilitating the discharge of a gas generated during the hardening of the foaming resin injected in the charging space to the outside, preventing the discharge of a swelling foaming resin to the outside, and facilitating the take-out of a molded form block to the outside of the charging space.</p> |
