<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for determining about call processing and a system for the call processing. The method for determining about call processing comprises the steps of: extracting an identifier included in a call connection request message; determining whether a connection requested call is a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) call based on the extracted identifier; and when processing of the call connection request message fails, determining to end a CSFB call and to reprocess call connection of a non-CSFB call through a circuit switched network according to a result of the determination. Accordingly, it is possible to basically prevent an infinite loop of call processing, which may occur when a switching node of a circuit network transmits a call connection message to an IMS switching node to control additional services and the IMS switching node transmits the call connection message to be reprocessed through the circuit network while a call receiving-side mobile communication terminal device to receive an originated call is engaged to another call by an SRVCC handover.</p> |
