<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that uses an electro-optical device or light-emitting device such as liquid crystal as a display medium, and a driving method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A signal is input to a gate electrode of a transistor which easily deteriorates, through a turned-on transistor, whereby a shift of the threshold voltage of the transistor which easily deteriorates and a shift of the threshold voltage of the turned-on transistor are suppressed, that is, including such a configuration that the AC pulse is applied to the gate electrode of the transistor which easily deteriorates, through a transistor (or an element having a resistance component) which has a high potential (VDD) applied to a gate electrode thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
