The cooling device (1) has a cover plate (3) having a receiving space in which operating device (9) is arranged using electrical and mechanical connecting elements (10). A side plate (2) is arranged at the side of the cover plate. A cooling fin (4) is extended over the length of the cover plate or side plate. The mounting tabs (5,5 ') are arranged on the cooling fin.
