Described is a method of making a casing integrated in an electrical household appliance comprising the steps of: - assembling components (3) of the casing (2), the step of assembling components (3) of the casing (2) comprising assembly of at least a first and a second component (331, 34); - applying at least on a first surface portion (31) of the first component (331) a heat insulating and soundproofing lining (4). The step of applying the heat insulating and soundproofing lining (4) comprises the step of simultaneously spraying on the first portion (31) solid particles and a binder to form a first layer (32) comprising a matrix in which the solid particles are embedded.
