The present invention relates to an adhesive layer for electrical insulation having a low dielectric constant, excellent insulation performance and white turbidity performance at high temperature and high humidity even though adhesive compositions contain only acrylic monomers having general structures as main ingredients, an adhesive film for electrical insulation and an optical member attached with the same. The adhesive layer for electrical insulation is formed by cross-linking: the acrylic copolymers manufactured by copolymerizing 4-60 parts by weight of vinyl monomers having at least one type polyalkylene oxide chain, 25-95.5 parts by weigh of alkyl(meta)acrylate in which the number of carbon of an alkyl group is 1-14 and 0.5-15 parts by weight of copolymeric vinyl monomers having at least one functional group among a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group; and the adhesive composition including cross-linking agents.
