The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a frozen section slice tissue for transplantation wherein the frozen section slice tissue is transplanted into an area to be transplanted alone or together with various implants, thereby regeneration and recovery of degenerative tissues such as cartilage degeneration or myocardial degeneration, and a usage method of the same.
