<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak testing device which has a simple configuration to allow the reduction in cost and is capable of changing arrangements with the simple configuration when changing a type of a work. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to a leak testing device 10, a work W is disposed between an upper surface masking jig 62 and lower surface masking jigs 72 and between side surface masking jigs 77 and a rear surface masking jig 67, which face each other, and in this state, not only the lower surface masking jigs 72 are brought close to the upper surface masking jig 62 by a first cam mechanism but also lower wedges 44 are moved by a second cam mechanism to bring the side surface masking jigs 77 and the rear surface masking jig 67 close to each other, thereby openings of respective surfaces of the work W are blocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
