<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a shaft joint with a torque limiter simplified in the structure by reducing the number of part items by employing a whirl-stop function in place of a stop pin. <P>SOLUTION: The torque limiter 6 of a damper device 5 is composed of three items of a cover 7, a disk spring 8 and a washer plate 9. A lock claw 9a functioning as a whirl stop is formed at the washer plate 9, and a claw piece 9b is formed at the tip. At the cover 7, there are formed a notched opening 21, a slot 22 which continues from the notched opening 21, and an arm 7d, and at the arm 7d, there is formed a slit opening 23. A bayonet coupling structure is formed by inserting the locking claw 9a received by the notched opening 21 into the slot 22, the claw piece 9b is fitted with the slit opening 23, and thus the torque limiter 6 is sub-assembled while pilot pressure is imparted to the disk spring 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
