The present invention relates to a blind paper capable of horizontally regulating an angle, where shading nets consecutively widen or overlap with each other in the upper part or the lower part thereof during ascending or descending for opening or closing, and which can freely regulate an angle of the shading net for lighting or ventilation at any position. In the blind paper capable of horizontally regulating an angle, both edges of each shading net are hung on one among a connecting member (22), thin strings (23a, 23b), and bands (24a, 24b). In addition, at least one or two loops (26) for passing an elevating string (25) are installed at the edge of each shading net (21) in order to be integrated with the shading net (21), and are repeatedly formed at two points or more. |
