<p>The present invention relates to a cooling mat and, more specifically, provides a cooling mat easily inhaling and discharging air on the mat to perform a cooling action, improving convenience of use due to light weight and slimness, and facilitating handling and storage. According to the present invention, the cooling mat comprises: a mat body; an intake and exhaust means supplying air to an inner space of the mat body and inhaling air from the inside; and a side block unit formed around a side circumference of the mat body which is bound or woven by a number of wires to be formed in a pad shape.</p> |
