<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device having high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device comprises: light emitting elements; a lead frame which has a plating layer on the surface thereof and over which the light emitting elements are disposed; and a resin molding for holing the lead frame.
