<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action recording system for inexpensively tracking the action or movement of a person or an article. <P>SOLUTION: An action recording system includes: a traveling object block 11 held in each of traveling objects, and configured to output a trigger signal, having an ID number; and a plurality of fixed position tag blocks 40a to 40d arranged to be fixed to prescribed positions, and configured to output ID in response to the trigger signal.
