<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary coil unit and a power transmission system, which can be installed or mounted in a reduced space. <P>SOLUTION: In a housing casing 132, a vehicle side capacitor 19 and a rectifier 13 are disposed inside a first coolant passage CR11.
