<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in spinnability. <P>SOLUTION: The ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in the spinnability has the composition including by mass%≤0.02% C,≤0.5% Si,≤1.5% Mn, 11-23% Cr,≤0.06% P,≤0.03% S,≤1.0% Al,≤0.015% N,≤0.30% Ti in the range satisfying the relationships of the following expressions (1) and (2) and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The steel sheet also has≤5.0μm average grain diameter of TiN,≥0.7 aspect ratio of the TiN, 1.0×10<SP>2</SP>pieces/mm<SP>2</SP>to 8.0×10<SP>5</SP>pieces/mm<SP>2</SP>deposit density of the TiN and≥6.0 ferritic grain size.
