The coupling arrangement of an oscillator circuit to a pair of coaxial cables (6), which may be connected to a pair of aerials for frequency mixing, has the two conductive cores (5) connected to a rectangular plate (7) and to the outer layers of the cables connected to a rectangular frame (8) surrounding the plate (7). A metal strip (12) bent up at the end (13) is located spaced from the plate and frame, bridging a gap between them, and at the other end is connected to a trimming capacitor (10) and inductance (11). By altering the position of the bent part, the degree of coupling may be varied to eliminate stray capacity. |
