#CMT# #/CMT# The cover has a pile warp (1) running in a longitudinal direction, and a ground fabric (5) including a ground warp (6) and a bonding warp (7). Weft threads (8, 9) run perpendicularly to the ground warp and the bonding warp, where the cover is manufactured according to a pile weaving technique. Pile warp yarns (2, 3) exhibit different thread sizes, and two pile knobs (12, 13) of one of the pile warp yarns of same thread sizes are arranged with each other in the longitudinal direction. The yarns are made of wools, natural fibers, vegetable fibers or animal hairs. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Textile wall- or floor cover i.e. birch carpet. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The pile warp yarns exhibit different thread sizes, and the two pile knobs of one of the pile warp yarns of same thread sizes are arranged with each other in the longitudinal direction, thus improving haptics and visual appearance of the cover. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic view of formation of pile knobs with different thread sizes. 1 : Pile warp 2, 3 : Pile warp yarns 5 : Ground fabric 6 : Ground warp 7 : Bonding warp 8, 9 : Weft threads 12, 13 : Pile knobs.
|
