The present invention relates to a method which applies a dual coding by applying a linear coding and a network coding to a proxy server and a base station (BS)/access point (AP), respectively, and links to the BS/AP in an actual cellular/Wi-Fi environment. A method of communication with a terminal using multiple paths via a plurality of nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise the following steps: a step in which a first node receives information on a packet requested by a terminal and information on a buffer state of the terminal from the terminal; a step in which the first node exchanges information on respective packets to be transmitted with at least one second node; a step in which the first node uses the information on exchanged packets to determine a combination and a transmission sequence of packets for maximizing a coding gain and a processing amount of the terminal; and a step in which the first node transmits the packets to the terminal according to the determined combination and transmission sequence of packets. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a linear coding is applied in a proxy and a network coding is applied to the BS/AP, thereby obtaining a coding-gain due to the network coding. Accordingly, throughput can be increased.
