The purpose of the present invention is to provide a wire structure in which dopping is controlled in the longitudinal direction, a semiconductor device having the same, and a method for manufacturing the wire structure. The disclosed wire structure comprises: a first wire including a first wire core having a wire shape, and a first carbon shell which covers the first wire core and includes carbon; and a second wire lengthened to the longitudinal direction of the first wire.
