Provided are a light source assembly and a backlight assembly including lens module. The light source assembly comprises: a light source module which emits light; and a lens module disposed on the light source module. The lens module comprises: a concentration lens which concentrates the light emitted from the light source module; and a diffusion lens which is disposed on the concentration lens and has an internal curved surface on which the light passing through the concentration lens is incident and an external curved surface through which the light incident through the internal curved surface is emitted to the outside. The light emitted from the light source module may pass through the concentration lens to form a collection region on the internal curved surface.
