<p>The present invention relates to whole body exercise equipment and, more specifically, to whole body exercise equipment enables a user to perform stepping exercise for the legs and exercise for the upper body especially waist and arms at the same time. The whole body exercise equipment having indoor ski shape of the present invention for solving the subject comprises a front part, a back part, and a tilting part, wherein the front part comprises a handle, a handle strut, and a jumping part, the back part comprises a foot rest, a foot rest strut, and a jumping part, and the tilting part comprises a first tilting shaft to a third tilting shaft to control inclination of the foot rest corresponding to inclination of the handle strut.</p> |
