<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing one document which is circulated and edited among a plurality of persons in charge, from being tampered or erroneously modified. <P>SOLUTION: A document management apparatus 14 includes a document creation support section 28, a recording section 30 and a document display control section 34. The document creation support section 28 displays a document creation screen. The document creation screen contains a plurality of information items, is provided for creating one circulation document to be circulated among a plurality of persons in charge, and allows a user to designate any person in charge having an editing authority from among the plurality of persons in charge for each of the information items. The recording section 30 records a corresponding relationship between each of the information item and the person in charge having the editing authority in accordance with input information of the user to the document creation screen. The document display control section 34 displays the one circulation document on a terminal of each person in charge and, when displaying the circulation document on a terminal of a certain person in charge, displays the information items, for which that person in charge does not have the editing authority, among the plurality of information items, in an editing inhibited state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
