<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly-reliable ventilation fan in which a power supply line is connected within an outside hood for ease of construction and maintenance, and a terminal block is highly resistant to rain. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation fan includes: a flatbed base 3 that is mounted on an external wall, and has a wind tunnel 2 that is to be inserted, from the outside, into a ventilation hole provided in the external wall of a building; a fan mounting plate 8 that has a ventilation opening 8e, includes an electric box 8c with a water shielding cover 18 for storing the terminal block and the end of a power supply line, supports an air blower comprising a motor 5 and a fan 4, and is detachable from the base 3; and a box-like ventilation hood 9 that has an exhaust opening in the bottom, and detachably engages with the base 3 to cover the base 3, the air blower, the electric box 8c, and the fun mounting plate 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
