<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery dehydrating agent for sludge which can be manufactured by solution polymerization, and expresses an excellent flocculation performance and dehydration performance for various kinds of sludge, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the powdery dehydrating agent for sludge includes: a polymerization process which carries out solution polymerization in an aqueous solution in which 20-70 mass% of the following (a)-(c) components are contained; and a drying process which removes water from a product obtained by the polymerization process: (a) component: a cationic vinyl monomer which has a quaternary ammonium base and/or a tertiary amino group, (b) component: an anionic monomer 35-80 mol% of an acid radical of which is neutralized with an alkaline material, and (c) component: a nonionic monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
