<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a posture of a top plate without a significant increase in weight and an increase in a burden of a management cost. <P>SOLUTION: The top plate 20 is supported to rotate about a horizontal axis relative to a leg body 10. A supporting shaft member 43 is supported along the bottom surface of the top plate 20 in a horizontal direction. An outer protruding stripe part 32 and an inner protruding stripe part 33 are integrally formed along the horizontal direction on an inner surface of a modesty panel 30. A block member 50 is slidably provided along an extending direction of the outer protruding stripe part 32 and the inner protruding stripe part 33 while the movements in a direction to be separated from the modesty panel 30 relative to the outer protruding stripe part 32 and the inner protruding stripe part 33 are regulated.
