<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly crack asphalt concrete and crack it without crushing aggregates within it to reduce powder generation. <P>SOLUTION: In a roll crusher, comb-tooth shaped crack teeth 90, 100 are arranged on outer peripheries of rotationally driven first rotor 11 and second rotor 12 to crush an object to be crushed. When two right and left drive cylinders 80 are operated, an adjustment plate set fixing platform 70 vertically moves under a part between the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12 and at the central position. An adjustment plate set 61 which is a unit component loaded on it vertically moves with vertical movement of the adjustment plate set fixing platform 70 to adjust a gap between the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12. The flow of the asphalt concrete is controlled by this gap adjustment to control a grain size and a cracked amount per unit time of the asphalt concrete to be cracked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
