<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of reducing the data amount of channel estimation results which are feedback objects. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving device comprises: a receiving portion 11 for receiving a reference signal which a transmission device transmits from one or more transmission antennas, through one more receiving antennas; a channel estimating portion 12 for obtaining a channel estimation value of a frequency area for a channel according to the combination of the one or more transmission antennas and the one or more receiving antennas, by using the reference signal received by the receiving portion 11; a producing portion 13 for producing a delay profile including the amplitude, the phase, and the delay interval of each path configuring the channel, by performing reverse Fourier transform of the channel estimation value of the frequency area which the channel estimating portion 12 obtains; and a feedback portion 14 for transmitting the delay profile produced by the producing portion 13 to the transmission device.
