The present invention relates to a marker for identifying soybean cultivars, which shows the polymorphism of domestically distributed soybean cultivars, a method for identifying soybean cultivars and a kit including the marker. Specifically, the present invention selects combinations of microsatellite markers having high polymorphism of 148 domestically distributed soybean cultivars, and allows for the identification of soybean cultivars grown in Korea by using the same. The molecular marker for identifying soybean cultivars used in the present invention can identify the 148 soybean cultivars grown in Korea. Accordingly, the present invention can be used in various fields such as for the investigation of the genuine soybean cultivars, verification of seed contamination when producing certified seeds and original seeds, selection of control cultivars when filing an application to protect cultivars, and the checking of infringement possibilities. |
