The present invention relates to an arrangement structure of a floating storage gas power plant. The arrangement structure of a floating storage gas power plant is capable of storing liquefied natural gas in a marine floating structure, producing electricity using the liquefied natural gas, and increasing efficiency and convenience of use by a utility system related to a steam cycle in a steam turbine room formed on the lower part of the deck of the floating structure; and comprises: a cargo system storing liquefied natural gas in a floating structure, and loading and unloading the liquefied natural gas; a fuel gas supply system installed on the floating structure to evaporate the liquefied natural gas of the cargo system into fuel gas; a gas turbine/engine power generation system including a gas power generation unit operated by fuel gas supplied from the fuel gas supply system, and a first generator producing electricity by the gas power generation unit; a waste heat recovery steam generator generating steam by the waste heat of exhaust gas generated from the gas power generation unit; a steam turbine generation system including a steam turbine operated by steam supplied from the waste heat recovery steam generator and a second generator producing electricity by the steam turbine. The inside of the floating structure is divided into a gas zone and a machine zone, wherein the gas zone has a cargo arranged therein and the machine zone has a steam turbine room formed therein. The turbine room has the steam turbine generation system installed therein and a utility system arranged therearound.
